NWS..

B744 shows it's lineage, it's FBW, 1/8" cables to the hydraulic servo on the steering actuator... all the way back to the pedals... via pulleys, turnbuckles etc. So, if you stop the hard over of the rudder (if the pedals have followed by backdrive... not always the case) then the NWS is not going to be affected.
