Abbey Road, yes a degree of magnanimity, but perhaps more understanding?
I do know (being a long time member of cabin crew no longer in Bassa, having resigned some years ago from them) the majority of cabin crew to be decent, hard working people and I genuinely feel sympathy because I believe mass brain-washing has taken place - being constantly bombarded with mis-information and blaming everyone else being the method. In time, I hope that Bassa/Unite get legal action taken against them by people who have suffered as a direct result of their bad representation.
