Don't forget Flybe have firm orders for 35 Embraer 170's to fuel expansion into Europe.
Historically, Flybe also have had high turnover with crews. They are currently wrestling with crew discontent over pay and lifestyle issues, see other threads, and if recruitment starts in earnest across the UK airlines expect to see a lot of movement again.
It's more a case of when it happens, not if. Unless the issues above are sorted of course.... But it'll always be a 'training' airline, and that's a shame.
