Is the damage to the recovered bodies in any way indicative of such a relatively high descent rate?
From p. 32 of the English version of the Interem Report No. 2:

Sounds to me like high vertical acceleration in
all parts of the cabin.
Maybe someone with medical knowledge could comment on
how much acceleration had to be involved?
