Having not travelled out of Bournemouth for a few years, I was impressed with the new terminal on the way out but it would appear they still cannot cope with more than one arrival at a time. I spent 10-15mins waiting with a hundred or so other happy ryr punters having to wait whilst another aircraft disembarked its passengers first, come on BOH nice term but get the infrastructure sorted!!
Had much the same experiance myself a few weeks back. All very well having a new terminal but if they cant handle more than one plane then its going to stay empty.
The new arrivals hall is due for completion next year, I believe. Improvements are being carried out in stages - departures first then arrivals.
