Whirls, thanks for that I'd like to be more forgiving to my employer and plod on but we [theres more than me in this boat] and to be honest I cant afford to. We have asked for an explanation but nobody is saying anything. Even the engineers have empty pockets. It doesnt look good. I work in Norwich. Perhaps I should move on.
