Could someone please explain the exact definition of "RELEVANT" on this subject?
I know it is related to the A/C speed at the said reporting point, but I am not sure about the following :
- speed values,
- whether or not the speed to consider at T/O is the same at LDG
- whether the speed vary according to A/C category
I'd appreciate official references (EU-OPS 1...?) if they exist... not been able to find'em
