Ok, just to set the record straight, the "unmanned" aircraft have been around, in one form or another since the 1930's. And in the present form and capability since the mid 1980's. Some of the discussions back then actually favored not having them come back, as one of the thoughts was "they could be followed" (silly isn't it), so discussions were had to outfit them with explosive compounds.
