Daermon ATC: I understand the situation! What I can not see is, how can you or a Spanish ATC supervisors punish an individual for using discrection in controling a sequence or flow situation. Putting pressure on airlines does not take away your duty to facilitate air traffic and ajust accordingly? We are talking about economy,schedulīs, co2 emissions, crew fatigue, etc.
