Goodwood do have new Cessna 172s (over a year old) but through the winter it can get very frustrating on the grass airfield when you cant fly after heavy rain. So it depends on your requirements.
Where did you hear that Flying Time were moving RWESTPA28? News to me. I dont think the airfield would like it if they moved as they fly 30% of all movements on the airfield.
I agree with Barne, pop round to all the schools to compare facilities, aircraft and prices.
