The responses to Arik's Statement.....

"I am amused that Arik doesnot feel responsible for the whole saga. The reason Mr. Inyang went 'berserk'is because of the flight cancellation that he has no control over. It was Arik's responsibility."

"I am sure Arik Air Management would be aghast at the comments their attempted face-saving response has generated. The fact that the response contained numerous grammatical errors has not helped at all. The response was set out, completely unprofessionally, at the very least. It is a really bad piece, for an Airline of that repute. I have read several responses in situations of this type"

"I cant disclose my name(as I work for Arik), but all I have to say is the Moloku is very close to being fired.

I have also heard that Mr. Inyang is being compensated for all the loss (financially/emotionally) he faced during the horrific event. I guess, Arik is now on the path of improving its customer services, and making an effort in regaining its image as nigeria's only carrier."
