The fact that the response contained numerous grammatical errors has not helped at all. The response was set out, completely unprofessionally, at the very least. I have also heard that Mr. Inyang is being compensated for all the loss (financially/emotionally) he faced during the horrific event. I guess, Arik is now on the path of improving its customer services, and making an effort in regaining its image as nigeria's only carrier."
