As you are aware our Volunteer Cabin Crew (VCC) play a significant role in serving our customers during times of operational disruption.
In order for our Volunteer Cabin Crew to maintain their 180-day aircraft recency on Airbus aircraft, starting from Monday 6 September you may be joined by one or two Volunteer Cabin Crew who have been rostered in a supernumerary capacity.
Occasionally, there maybe a requirement to roster Volunteer Cabin Crew on familiarisation flights. In this instance, paperwork will be produced as per current process.
For all our operating crew, including volunteers, this will be a new experience. I know you will do all possible to welcome Volunteer Cabin Crew on Eurofleet and offer any guidance and support they require.
