FR will return to BHD when the runway extension is completed.
I'd be astonished if the runway extension is completed in the next 5-10 years. Unless there's a complete overhaul of NI's planning system, the Public Inquiry alone is years away; therefore, the rapid growth experienced at BHD recently is unlikely to return anytime soon.
As for European routes; I only suggest a couple more bucket and spade destinations. Malaga is a no-brainer, and as Speedbird said, Faro and Alicante will return too. As for any further expansion, I doubt it. Aer Arann are going down the toilet (more's the pity), and BE will probably now concentrate on taking up some slack at BHD.
RYR at BFS? I can't see it. MOL seems to dislike the place intensely (maybe he too has spent 6 hours delayed there, with no info, and **** all to do).
