Not only have I lost the "Wiz", whom I met at the 2002 OzBash in Melbourne, but I now realise it is most probable the marine pilot who lost his life in the crash, Chris Hart, is the same Chris Hart who was 1st mate of the "Howard Smith" when I was Radio Officer onboard in the mid 1980s. I seem to have had the singular misfortune to lose two friends in the one accident.
