I was wondering if there are any contracting agencies for all the smaller companies out there. Or don't they invest in getting agencies to recruit for them since they are to small?
There are hunderds of companies worldwide flying smaller planes (twin turbines) all around the world in places where local pilots must be impossible to find. Do they all get their expats from guys who are on a wordwide tour to find a job?
I'm thinking of companies who fly for the UN or NGO's in Africa, military contracts in war zones, small charter companies in 3rd world contries, stuff like that... Where do they get pilots? I bet their not Rwandan or Bali residents
