Vow impressed! 180 hours ground school, amazing!!!

I have around 750 hours ground school, full time, and that's private funded training & modular! Must make me 3 times better than you then, or?

You seem to have a beef with a lot of things in the industry, if you dislike so much, why you even bother, sounds you are like a little dictator (or nationalist) who only want a select few!
And you seem to assume that you belong to those select few, the "chosen ones". What arrogance!

Let's get a few REAL fact straight, you are Canadian! You can NOT work in Europe, USA - so don't understand what your beef is with how many nations, as we can not work for a Canadian company either!

Now you are either a windup, or a ........ (not appropriate word on these boards) However you also want to refuse young pilots to be instructors, so I would like you to entertain me, who would you want to be instructors, well experienced airline pilots? Or do you think you, because you have a "university degree" - it seems you have still need to get a bigger degree, and that is a "degree of life"

I have met plenty well educated people in my life and career, a degree shows you are good to study books and pass tests, however in this profession this does not mean you are better than others.
In Europe most pilots do NOT have an University degree, the degree for pilots, is some BS that is a criteria for major airlines in USA and Canada, most other nations would not care less if you have a degree or not, as long as you pass their tests, and show you have the required skills to be a competent pilot.

It also seems you have a problem with "foreign" pilots getting educated, well worry no more, because they will never work in your country, unless they of course get married with a Canadian girl while they are there, would you have a problem with a foreigner marrying a Canadian?

Because you do sound like you belong to some nationalist party they way you write your rant, I would be carefull with those kind of views, specially in Europe, we do not like nationalists over here.

You should express these views if you ever get an interview (I dare you) , I am sure you will get "brownie points" in your interview!

You seem like a real nationalist, and socialist view - government funded, wake up, business is to make money, airlines exist to make money - if you want all government funded, go to China or Russia, they used to fund you, and enjoy the local life there! It seems you might fit in perfectly with your extremist views!
