Big D1:
I don't see BE been interested in any of the routes. STN would compete against LGW. We lost interest in BRS when EZY and FR moved in their. BE go for the business traveller on the GLA market. We do not operate into EMA from any of our other bases and I do not see that changing any time soon. Finally PIK would just compete with the GLA, and we have lots of rotations to MAN with EZY covering the LPL market from BFS.
I meant would they increase capacity on existing routes, not start flying to former RYR destinations. I.e. Increase BHX to cater for EMA demand. Increase GLA to cater for PIK demand etc etc.
People flying to LON don't really mind which airport they land at, they still have to travel into London; it follows that some of the 20-30K people a month who used RYR to STN, would be happy to use BE to LGW or EZY to LTN for example.
