Is there any actual legal minimum on leg room?
Minimum UK Seat Pitch is 28" and the charter companies all comply with this on short-haul. There will be options to purchase seats with additional space.
Your flight time to Agadir will be more like 3:30 to 4:00 Hours
It seems the airlines are so strict on safety and regulation yet dont give a sh't about passenger comfort!?
Quite correct, which is why you should always fly with Swiss in the future, wherever you travel to: They are the only airline that care about passenger comfort. It may be a tad more expensive doing it that way, but it'll be worth it to you.
Ive been informed some of these uk carriers have a slightly higher incident rate in comparism to the likes of some of the UK scheduled airlines, is this because they are cutting corners on servicing/maintenance or inexperienced pilots?
Again, quite correct - Charter aircraft regularly plummet from the sky like Grouse on the the 'Glorious Twelfth' and are patched together with chewing gum and Sellotape. I'd suggest that you ramp up your life insurance before travel and make your peace with God: Or, travel with Swiss.
