have to agree with some of the age comments. 4 of us from our course finished with almost identical records, first time passes, min hours etc. 2 under 30 had interviews, 2 over 30 were told not to apply any further.
This is the message that was received from another over 30 yr old applicant from our course
" the reason why you have not been contacted so far is due to the fact that your profile does not meet the specific selection criteria of Ryanair". Maybe it's just a coincidence but it's a hard one to understand.
Has there been anyone with some grey hairs that have been accepted this year??
