Hello guys I am an Indian CPL holder and was looking forward to getting my Multi Engine Rating from somewhere in the UAE (Preferably Dubai or Qatar) I would also like to find out whether the rating would be valid as per the DGCA norms.
It would be a great Benefit if someone out here could help..Thanx..!!
