I take it none of you have ever been through a recession before.
Welcome to the real world. As soon as people feel secure that the economy and their jobs are safe then they will start travelling again in the numbers that we had been used too. As was said in one of the responses, passenger numbers are dropping right across the board, not just at BOH. Its also happening in most other EU countries. Spain has seen some hotels not even bother to open for this summer season as the demand is just not there.
Yes, passenger numbers will go down for the months of November, December and January, but then they will be back to normal come February and anyone who thinks otherwise is just scaremongering and basing their opinions on rumour and not on what has actually been officially reported by the airlines using BOH.
