Little Machines - though you'll probably only ever use it once. But there are lots of other free solutions out there.
As for Word files, NeoOffice -
NeoOffice Home - is a free Mac specific port of OpenOffice that handles most MS Office files with aplomb (better compatibility than later versions of MS Office) and can read and save in a variety of formats.
