I heard that BOH airport is sitting on a rather large pile of gravel, why not shut the airport permanently, excavate the gravel over the next couple of years & sell it off for a huge profit (like lord Normanton at Sommerly Park Ringwood) then fill in the hole with H2O and re-open it as a water-ski park/entertainment centre for locals & tourists alike.
MOL might still come back as he can also walk on water!!!!
