Icao Doc 9871
A long shot I know but I'm wondering if anyone would know if DOC 9871 Techinical Provisions for Mode S Services and External Squitter is available in electronic format anywhere? I'm looking for a copy for an undergraduate project relating to Mode S and the cost to purchase a hard copy is pretty steep. Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
