An interesting challenge this one, I had a quick look at coffee time and drew a blank, nearly the end of lunch time now and still zilch.
I too wonder if it's on the web!! It certainly has enough features to winkle it out.
The Germans did make a twin-finned biplane; the first two prototype Arado Ar.81 (V1/V2) had them and spatted U/C, plus covered canopy open at the gunners end, However, I'm pretty certain that there's no connection to WK's aircraft. I've just noticed from the front view, appears to have not just twin-fins, but a biplane-tail (could be struts though I s'pose)!!
A year would be very handy, but anything from WK would be great
