The good news is that senior management have decided that this year a lack of testicular fortitude is to be rewarded. A pay-rise is on the way - say 2% for 92 hours and 3 pilot ULH. And you get the opportunity and indeed privilege of flying with someone who's held your career back and looks like they need to retire.
