this is an odd ATPL Human Factors questions that i have.
Halo effect on the windscreen whilst on a night visual approach in rain, may have you thinking:
a) That you are closer to the runway than is actually the case
b) That you are further away from the runway that is actually the case
Answer is B.
However i figured the answer would be A. Because water makes objects appear closer than they actually are.
