Libya Overflying Permit
With the unexpected situations like the Greece COMs failure earlier today It's easy to to reroute via Turkey and obtain OVFLY Permit for Turkey for flights departing/arriving on eastern Europe within a short period
but for traffic routing from west or center europe to Africa ... you may need to Obtain an Ov/fly permit for Libya on a short notice
anybody have experiences with Libya permits for non scheduled traffic ? and how long would it take and if anybody could get it within few hours in such situations ?
