I had a Lady insructor, Hard as nails and totally unflappable, as a big rough and touble type myself, I was humbled to see such a small frame have such strength, and huge charecter also to go with it, she made me do things over and over and over again in the end she placed her knowledge into my hands , I owe that little lady a huge debt of thanks, for what she gave to me.
