(a) public notice of the flight has not been given by any form of
public advertisement or announcement; and
- Nope, I seen me an ad-ver-tize-ment showen a plane innit!
(b) the number of persons on the flight, including the operating crew,
does not exceed 6; and
- I might be wrong on this one, but tandem masters don't qualify as a 'person' I think has something to do with already being dead inside and not having a soul... Or maybe when you glue the TM to the paying customer, they are only counted as one 'person'...
(c) no payment is made for the services of the operating crew; and
Hahahahahahaha... Payment. That was their word, not mine. I got paid more for taking the garbage out when I was 6...
(d) the persons on the flight, including the operating crew, share
equally in the costs of the flight; and
- Nope, I am not giving anyone my hard earned to chuck someone off a plane unless I (a) don't like them to begin with (b) get to push them myself (c) they don't have rig or TM on their back!
(e) no payment is required for a person on the flight other than a
payment under paragraph (d). - I believe the TM's also get some sort of remuneration too!
