TR with job attached!
From what I have heard not many have been rejected by RYR after you have completed your TR, probably if you mess up!
Not ideal, but probably the best a low hour pilot can hope for today. And I have heard of more companies that make you pay for your TR, also many smaller TP operators.
The lesser of the evils! But maybe one day this will again change, we hope. Personally I would take the job with RYR if I was offered this, I am not going to be a hypocrite, and I believe 99% of us would, if we just could get the cash together!
But P2F, NO!!!
