Paying for your TR might become the norm., but not paying for line training, 300 or 500 hours - it is nothing about being self righteous!
I would not have a problem to work for RYR, but no way I would be the idiot giving XX.XXX thousands of pounds to an Airline, and then be their slave! BS!
But you are welcome to waste your money, because next one will do the same when you have your 500 hours!
500 hours you will not be qualified for command, and FO's are paying to sit there, so no use having you there anymore after, because "BAD ECONOMICS" for the bean counters.
Fail to prepare, prepare to fail! You get your 500 hours, next please, bye bye Mr 500 P2F F.O! New FO replaces you, another bites the dust!
