I wish them well, but... they had better have their ducks in a row for HNL flights.
Many sharks on that route, for sure....and not just at 30N140W, or locations nearby.
Wow that must be a real problem trying to find someone with enough experience to set the HNL route up.
Perhaps some old out of work piston guy
