MPL or CPL

Hi guys, I am an aspiring pilot and planning to start training in Jan2011. Which do you think is better at having a job after completion;

a. MPL at CIA?
b. Waiting for PalAV school?
c. Doing flight training in FL,USA(completing PPL/CPL/ME/IR)?
