In the last 2 months I have had dinner with about 10 expat pilots at Air China in Beijing. None of them bitched about the job, at all. They had a few minor complaints, but none were looking for another job. Europeans and Canadians. 0 out of ten complained. That is a !@#ing slam dunk if 50 percent are not whining continuously. Sounds like a good deal to me. Go for it.
