Old pilots are still subjected to regular 'comp' checks and strict bi-annual medical checks. No other profession puts its skills up for scrutiny the same as pilots, this should be the criteria, and not the rantings of disgruntled young pilots. A relaxed cockpit is a safe cockpit.
