I beleive that British Airways CitiExpress are still short staffed. They are however based on the Isle of Man, which probably explains why they are short staffed.
There are a number of contracters working within the crew control department at this time, but I am not sure as to the remaining time that the company requires their services.
I am also unsure of which company they work for, but I will do my best to find out for you, and will post back if I get a result.
