How to bridge the gap between Turbo prop and Jet ?

Background:

3500TT with command time on a transport cat. aircraft
ICAO ATP and 400hrs S/O time on a larger airliner.

Everywhere I look, places want a type rating, which isn't THAT big of an issue, other than the $$$ to buy one, but they also want tie on type.

How is it possible for someone like me to get into the right seat of something like a 757,767,777,747 ?

I'm over the cadet age requirements and from North America, but willing and hoping to travel.

....any ideas ?
