I think Olympic still allow smoking certainly a couple of years back I was returning from Ahtens on an Oly jumpseat and it was almost part of the after t/o checks " flaps?...up. gear?... up and off fags?... lit.
As a smoker, I have no problem with non-smoking flights thems ther rules and that's the way it is - I do have a problem with airports that make no provision for smokers - (ie most of em in the US) which at least gives you the chance to boost the old nic level prior to a 8-12 hour flight
