Ecco i requisiti, basta cercare, come si vede non ci sono limiti di età per F/O:
The following criteria must be met in order to be considered eligible as a Ready-Entry applicant.
- License and flight experience
- First officer: CPL(A)/IR with ATPL theory credit without MCC
- Captain: ATPL, minimum of 4000 hrs jet (more than 20 tons), and minimum of 1500 hrs PIC (more than 20 tons)
- Cpts. need flight experience on A320/A330/A340 if older than 44 years + 364 days and moreover TRI or TRE if older than 46 years + 364 days.

- Candidates must be within 1.65 m - 1.98 m tall.
