TOT Indicator marking-twin 250B17C

The Partenavia's (now Vulcanair) AFM of AP68TP-600 "viator" in Powerplant Instruments Marking (Sect. 2 - Limitations) requests a White Line (Climb Rating Limit) at 757°C on the TOT Indicator and a Red Radial (T.O. and Emergency Limit) at 810°C.
The Table 2-2 of Engine Operating Limits shows limits of:
-810°C for T.O. and Emergency;
-757°C for Max Continuous and Max Cruise;
-737°C for Max recommended Cruise.
Anybody can tell me if 757°C is the max continuous limit to observe during a normal climb (twin engines) or during a single engine operation?
Many thanks.
