Bootstrap gear broke changing a CF6 on a CX 747-200F, engine swang and hit a HAECO engineer, no one was badly hurt (no broken bones etc) but HAECO guy had a gashed leg that required stitches.
KLM came in with special lifting gear because the lug the bootstap gear attaches too was bent and couldn't be used, KLM's gear uses a crane. Very impressive, I'm told.
