I know I am too late in posting anything and everything about the exams.
But in all I would like to comment that the technical paper was PROPERLY SET. That was the paper alone which could at least filter out the Below Average (I mean the Ones who have really taken Aviation as a Hobby or have Loads of Money to Clear it out with Money and not with the Proper kind of Approach.) Pilots from the ones who really would have studied would have scratched out the Best they can in Studies and Practical Application, Because the paper was so.
About the Mental test it was not that much necessary, but even Jet do need some Criteria to filter out around approx 600 guys in the examination(as they are going to approx select 150 candidates from the examination held) so no idea whether to complain about it or no.
And the Last test compiled of Nav, Regs, POF(Principles Of Flight), Performance & Met was the easiest one.
