I haven't written a computer program since the days of the Commodore 64, but surely can't something be inserted into JPA that basically says:

IF (Next Month)PAY IS GREATER THAN (Last Month)PAY by AT LEAST £500 THEN 'Get a Grown ADMIN Adult to Physically Check It Before Issue'
