Recently, the FAA has published arrival/departure procedures for KLAS requiring RNP 0.030 for area navigation. This is the same standard as required for GPS approaches and requires accurate flying indeed. Not all that many airliners can meet this standard, but many corporate operators certainly can. In addition, VNAV procedures have also been established, for FMS equipped aircraft only.
