Perhaps with a new man at the helm (excuse the maritime ref) there will be a different approach and a period of stability with fewer comings and goings...........
By the way, I am just a little bit sceptical about this. I remember that the same news was around about 2 years ago.....i.e. that AAb was leaving to go to the then DIAPC, and it never came off.
Sure, there was a period of around 2 months when his involvement at qr was minimal. but then he came back and...........well, we know what happened.
Let's see what happens this time. I sure hope that for one thing, the staff turnover and morale improves.
