Yes, even the B747-400. CX420/21 for example is an pairing that will at least have an leg with an 744 according to the flight schedules. Acft type to and from TPE does however depend highly on the aircraft rotations and passenger demand.

btw, If you ever want to find info on what acft type CX is flying to which destination, the safest bet is to take a look at schedule on the site cathaypacific.com.
