Well if they flew the crj700 or 900 then they do meet the 30 tons requirement.
If you said they are guys that flew the crj200 in class now they must have interviewed a few months ago when the limit was at 10 tons.
The question is are they currently interviewing crj200 and erj135/145 guy?
I dont think so, at least for now
