yaa buddy u r rite that the batch has paid only half of the the cost i.e 7.5L....but that is the 1st installment before the training....they will have to pay the remaining 7.5L after completion of the training.....self sponsored training has become the trend now....
.....but this deal is better than doing type rating on ur own....at least u r assured of a job after that...rather than getting an LOI.....!!!!!!
