My main point is that would these aircrafts' economics not ideally suit Cork, with it's many "thin" routes?
I've often reckoned one of the best fits for Cork Airport would be Cityjet. The only Irish-based airline with exactly the aircraft the airport needs. But I've never even heard rumours of talks, never mind anything more concrete.
